I listened to your suggestions and feel this new site will give you what you want in an organized and easy to navigate format. You will no longer need to check with several national REALTOR or individual agent websites to get the information you need and want with instant updates.

The new site is designed to allow you to search SW Florida properties by LIFESTYLE. There are 3 primary lifestyles you wanted to know about A) Beach Front and Beach Access Communities, B) Platinum Coast Luxury Communities, and C) Country Club Gated Living Communities.

Next, you can refine your search to specific COMMUNITIES either through the LIFESTYLE categories, or just go directly to the community you want to search. You can view every active listing within the community or search only the price range that interests you within that community. You can view extensive details, photos, virtual tours and maps for each property.

Finally, and most remarkably, you can now search DISTRESSED PROPERTIES! That is correct; you can view all Foreclosed and Short Sale properties within the community. I don’t know of any other site that gives you this much control over your search.

The site also includes: a wealth of information about the process for buying short sale properties and foreclosed properties, up to date news about home sales in SW Florida with quarterly statistics from the local real estate board about inventory, sales prices, and selling trends. You can also access my blog for Vasari Country Club with monthly statistics plus all floor plans and information specific for Vasari.
